Busy morning with early jab and good chat with GP then an early siesta and some activity in the garden .
Switched off R4 at 13.23h, with so far no compulsory interview with Israeli spoxx. Is the BBC working for Hamas ?????????

The housing saga continues.
Two things today. I managed to find a genuinely lovely and helpful little Scottish Asian lady at my local council drop in centre who single handedly managed to perform a number of wonders which hitherto her less pleasant/competent colleagues had failed to achieve. Such as providing me with log in credentials for the council housing website which actually worked.
The landlord was round and is definitely going to appeal but he's living in cloud cuckoo land so at best I'm looking at a few months stay of execution. Like a lot of big mouthed, tight Yorkshire gentlemen of a certain age he thinks he's smart enough to talk his way out of anything without spending a single penny. It's him against the system and he's going to heroically prevail against all the odds without getting any legal representation or even knowing how to look stuff up online. I was torn between laughing and punching him in the face when he asked me how I'd found out the details of the various housing acts involved. "Just fucking Google it you daft prick", I believe I said. I can just see him turning up to the appeal tribunal like David Davis at the brexit negotiations, no documents, nothing, just a brainless overconfidence that everything’s going to work out fine. Dickhead.
