A couple of days ago I picked him up and plonked him on the armchair, which he hadn't used for ages.

I did , in a very low key way
Leg exercises at the Pool and early rising left me tired, so a light lunch and then a siesta that lasted til 8PM , when I woke up believing I was in Wednesday evening Meaning another early start , to the hospital .
So I've WON a day !

I've done that more than I like to think. I once completely lost 18 hours .
Having hitched non-stop back from 3 months digging in Turkey, parents took me for a beer and pub lunch with my sister who was working underneath the railway arches in Bermondsey.
Woke at 8 as everyone was busy getting ready to go to work .
