"" The dark vision of Maga – one of strident identity protectionism – continues its culture war on all that it deems threatening, different or conveniently worthy of scapegoating. But no matter how Sunday’s performance goes, Bad Bunny, an uncompromising musician who has made an art of interconnection and a meal of expectations, has already won. I feel bad for the Aga and the dog being shown unredacted in the Mandelson files.
I think the Balls interview was in last Sunday's Times, before the whole lot blew up during the week ?

This Human Safari targeting of civilians is a daily occurrence,
In Tuesday's Times --
ANTHONY LOYD IN UKRAINE Killed by Russian drones, two bodies lie in the snow, testament to love’s endurance
Valentyna and Valerii Klochkov were trying to escape their village when they were targeted from above. A week on, it is still too dangerous to recover their remains
The Language of Reform , as tho that would persuade reformies to vote Labour instead of the Real Thing ?
McSweeney thought so !

Ha hah! So the motherfucker who spent years undermining and sabotaging the Labour left so his Blue Labour clique could take control has been scapegoated. What delicious fucking irony given his previous chicanery. Is throwing McSweeney to the dogs enough though? I would say probably...for a while.
If as suspected Labour are routed in Scotland, Wales, and the English councils in May Starmer is doomed. For all their conniving and plotting the Labour right have managed two things.
First they won a general election...with a lower vote count than Corbyn managed because of a collapse of the Tory vote, and a nascent Reform splitting the right.
Second they've made a Labour government and Prime Minister historically unpopular in a mere 18 months.
Blue Labour had their chance and they've fucked it. For all their arrogant assertions that they were the 'grown ups' all we can see are incompetent fools greedy for money or prestige. Like the fag end of the New Labour coming back for more.
Starmer needs to go in the same way Biden needed to go. If a decent Democratic candidate had been given a proper run at Trump things would have been different (maybe), if Starmer is still leading the Labour Party at the next GE we're fucked.
