My local very small town supermarket station has had diesel at €2.31 all week , but I read that the situation is wilder elsewhere .

Normally the big supermarkets compete on price and are cheaper than small outlets, but tonight the very big Leclerc in Granville was at €2.39, while a car distributeur down the road was at 2.25 !

Queues :-)

I adjust well to temperature changes upwards , but this cooler weather I'm finding horrible. Soon be time for thermal underwear !

It may be different elsewhere in the UK but around here petrol is £169.9 at almost every filling station, apparently reluctant to break 1.70.

I've had the central heating on for a short time in the evening the last few days, today the boiler was serviced and now it doesn't work.
