Tbf it is equally plausible that Starmer is smiling in that clip because it was a typically bellendy question from a complete bellend. I love buses. And trains. There are more night trains on the horizon which will be ACE. Trains are ace, though I have always found old/abandoned railways even more fascinating. The shortcomings of this government have been well rehearsed, its worth noting other countries having similar problems though.
