It's hard to imagine Trump making much sense if he's going to make this speech a few hours after getting off the plane.
Almost impossible to imagine him making less sense than he did yesterday at the WH but probably he'll manage it.

-4 overnight and a couple of inches more snow, just as we'd got rid of the last lot. Still -3 and the road looks terrible, I usually buy a dead tree Guardian on Saturday but unless it improves dramatically I'm staying here, don't need anything else fortunately.
