Evening ! Plenty of newspaper reading at the hospital today . Article on the new Iron Lady Shabana mentioned that her dad would be helping refugees instead of attacking them, but don't know what that was based on .

Fuck Labour, fuck Trump, fuck all the things that bring me down. Scotland are going to the World cup for the first time in nearly 30 years!

Drunkenly danced around with my mate, celebrated over the phone with my Dad, was pleasantly reminded what genuine joy feels like.
