Meanwhile in the UK, energy minister says
'' Pretend the above is not happening !"
gotta run, to the gp !
'' Pretend the above is not happening !"
For one thing people whose diesel has just gone up from €1.65 to €2.11 ...... ??Asked if people should drive more slowly to conserve energy, Shanks replied:
Look genuinely, people shouldn’t change their behaviour or their habits in the slightest.
Ministers do believe there is no fuel shortage. But they are also saying this because they don’t want to say anything that might trigger panic buying.
gotta run, to the gp !

My scoutmaster, Nigel, an evangelist Christian, sexually abused two of the lads in our troop before being jailed for possession of kiddie porn. While he was away on holiday something went wrong with his gas boiler and his house filled up with steam. The neighbours called the fire brigade who, during the course of their duties, found his paedo porn stash. It was only after he was arrested that the two lads came forward and told the police what he'd done to them because up until then they hadn't thought anyone would believe them.
But yeah it's trans kids who are the problem. Fucks sake.

Re: Tuesday 24th March 202\6
In other news I went to view a flat this afternoon with an interesting view...through the roof.
It was an attic flat which seemed ok until I asked to see the bedroom and the bloke started getting a bit shifty. 'It needs a bit of fixing,' he said.
When I opened the door, there was no bed, furniture or carpet. Just plastic sheeting on the bare floorboards and a tarpaulin strung up under a hole in the ceiling you could see the sky through.
And just to be clear this wasn't some dodgy off the grid slumlord, he seemed a pleasant enough late middle aged chap who was advertising it through OpenRent, a reputable online agency.
Once my gob was no longer smacked I asked him what had happened, a meteorite strike perhaps? Nope. He put his own foot through the roof after climbing up there to check for loose tiles after the previous tenants complained of a leak.
It's been pissing down here this evening and I can't help imagining that tarpaulin overflowing, spilling out onto the plastic sheeting then flooding the flats below (which are occupied).
I asked him how he could possibly be advertising a move in date of the 1st of April giving him a mere week to rectify the situation but he assured me it was all in hand. I don't know, maybe it was because he looked a bit like Mark Francois (remember him?) but I decided it wasn't for me.
