Can of worms time --
The draft guidance also said that in certain circumstances a trans person could be excluded from a service even if it matched their biological sex.
It read: “A legitimate aim for excluding a trans person from a separate or single-sex service for their own biological sex might be to prevent alarm or distress for other service users.
“A trans man might be excluded from the women-only service if the service provider decides that, because he presents as a man, other service users could reasonably object to his presence, and it is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim to exclude him”.

The docs routinely prod my feet to check for oedema due to acute anaemia, but i disappoint them, as only once had swollen tootsies .
To counter it I raised the foot of my bed 12cms , so I wake up with head touching the wall, and then deliberately stay there for some time while I check my phone . So any early posts here have just a one word comment, as I really need a keyboard. Still in awe of those who manage their whole lives with just a smartyphone !

Friend Antonina in Odesa posted the same early this morning . It's nearly a month ago now that she left her house early to be greeted by a shahed drone. She was very nearly killed but is now convalescing after the operations .
