For some time a few RU drones have entered Poland and Rumanian airspace to double back and attack UA from an unprotected angle .

The Russians tested an operation using decoy drones to map out the chain of decision-making and air defense responses in such a situation.

Clearly, they expect that hybrid actions with decoys will not lead to serious sanctions, and that Poland can gradually be conditioned to accept such actions. This will also harm civil aviation by periodically blocking air traffic, while logistics and business will suffer as well. Shares of Polish companies have already reacted with price drops.

It was also discovered that Russian drones carried Polish and Lithuanian SIM cards, proving the deliberate nature of such hybrid operations.
In the coming weeks, the number of such incidents is expected to grow, as this is the most convenient time for the experiments Russia is conducting in parallel with its 'Zapad-2025' maneuvers.
